My Mission
I spent over a decade as a nurse, caring for people in moments of illness and heartache. Over time, I witnessed how often people weren’t truly getting better, just getting by. When I faced my own autoimmune struggles, I wanted more. I wanted to feel vibrant again, to keep up with my two active boys, and to enjoy my family and my life. That search led me to functional medicine and nutrition, where I discovered how powerful the body can be when given the right support. Today, through Ikon Health, I help others uncover what’s holding them back, restore their energy, and reconnect with the truth that the body knows how to heal, it just needs the right support.
